Basic Handgun Training

Additional Information

This course teaches how to safely handle a handgun. The student can expect to learn how to safely load and unload a handgun and how to do a chamber check to make sure the handgun is unloaded. Student's will learn how to properly grip the handgun, how your stance plays a major role in handling a Handgun.

Student will need:

200 rounds Ammo

Handgun- Semi-Automatic or revolver (Clean and in good working order)

Electronic Hearing Protection

Sun Glasses or Safety Glasses

Ball Cap

Weather Appropriate Clothing

Close toe shoes

Sack Lunch we will not leave the range

Cost of the class $50.00 per student

Class Schedule Basic Handgun Training

This class is limited to a Minimum of 5 students and Maximum of 10. Students will be taught how to safely handle a handgun. This course includes class room and range time learning to shoot revolvers or semi-automatic handguns. Students will learn rules of safe gun handling, parts and operations, ammunition, carrying and transporting a handgun. Shooting fundamentals, ammunition knowledge, range rules, stance and grip and the use of your dominate eye in sight alignment.
